just like that, Kate's first "school year" is done. She has loved it... loved making new friends, loved her teachers, and loved all of the hands on stuff they have done. Today, we met at a park, where the kids got to feed ducks, do a scavenger hunt, play with a parachute, get their faces painted, etc...

They've set the bar very high for us...we're going to miss them!

Who would have thought that after waiting 37 years for my first pedi, that I'd get treated to another one just a few months later?!??! Thanks to my Secret Sister Krista--I felt totally pampered, and now my toes are ready for summer!!! Kate came along, and got her piggies painted too. What a fun afternoon with my girl!!



Extra bonus? Kate got to take her toe separators home. She was quite pleased. (:
